THE GALENO STABLE SYSTEM – INDIVIDUALISED AND ECONOMICAL We offer fast delivery of Growi® Galeno horse stables from stock, in standard dimensions. The grid elements of this horse stable can be shortened in increments of 100 mm. This allows for the individual consideration of structural design conditions on site during assembly. The Galeno post allows you to create any conceivable stable solution. There are also fittings for anchoring to the wall. The grid elements consist of a welded grid frame with a height of 950 mm as well as vertical bars made of 3/4" tube, with 50 mm clearance between each bar. There are 50 x 40 x 4 mm U-profile elements above and below. Additionally, there is a U-profile floor rail for accommodating the 38 mm thick wooden panelling, with a recess and a cover plate for inserting the wooden panelling. The sliding door consists of a welded door frame with a height of 2250 mm, 50 x 40 x 4 mm U-profile elements above and below and a 50 x 50 x 3 mm tubular steel side. The door has a clearance width of 1350 mm and comes with a fittings set that includes a C-profile rail, 2 runners, a stopper and rail brackets. The wood panelling is not included in the price!

Exceptions to wood posts are allowed for horse-safe steel posts typically used on chain link fences, pipe posts from welded fences, and rigid PVC fence post. Hollow posts require top caps to cover the ragged top edge, or should be designed that the top fence rail covers the top of the post. Recycled plastic, 4-inch-diameter solid posts are suitable for horse fence, but require a small-bore pilot hole before driving. Metal and fiberglass T-posts are slightly cheaper but pose a serious risk of impalement and are not recommended. They are also not strong enough to withstand horse impact without bending. With a plastic safety cap installed on the top, T-posts may be cautiously used in very large pastures where horse contact is rare.
